To confirm: how long you expect to take to reply. Give a window you can keep. “Within two working days” is worth more than “within 24 hours” if 24 hours is not true.

Sizing questions are usually quickest to answer if you have measured yourself first; the size guide explains how. For anything about an existing order, include the order number from your confirmation email.
